Design Thinking Training Program

My team and I assembled an immersive training program for all GE Transportation employees to allow individual business units, project teams, and other groups to learn the value and how-to application of the design thinking approach in their everyday projects.

This training program focused on training entire organizations or cross-functional teams in an experience that created a strong team, while they used new techniques to solve team-problems. The program consisted of workshops, team-led exercises, a take-home book for their continued reference and learning.

To date, over a 100 have been trained with a 200+ backlog across the globe.
