OpenGov Mobile App
Partnering closely with key customers, I led the team to uncover core challenges and design solutions that made their jobs meaningfully easier. Research directly shaped product development, leading to features like offline capabilities for remote work, real-time data sync, integrated workflows, and geo-tagged photo capture.
In parallel, we extended our design system with cross-platform mobile components, enabling simultaneous iOS and Android launches.

PandaDoc Rooms
Sales teams struggled with fragmented communication and resource sharing, hindering efficient deal progression beyond traditional email.
PandaDoc launched PandaDoc Rooms, a centralized deal room. Born from continuous user feedback ("I wish we had something better than email..."), Rooms enables sales to organize resources, collaborate with buyers, and manage negotiations within one personalized space. It was rapidly developed through user interviews, design sprints, and incubation.

Nabo
My journey with Nabo began as a design advisor, tasked with tackling the critical challenge of low user adoption and improving the overall user experience of their hyperlocal engagement platform. I was so inspired by the team and their mission that I transitioned to a hands-on advisory role, taking on the ambitious task of a complete application redesign, user flow optimization, and brand implementation.
Working in close, weekly collaboration with the CEO and Chief Product Officer, my focus was to hone the user experience and strategically integrate AI to simplify the experience. The result was a ~90% reduction in repetitive user actions, while simultaneously fostering increased user trust in the platform.
The redesigned Nabo app is currently in limited beta within the Atlanta, GA metro area, with plans for broader expansion in the coming months.
